Terms of service
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms cover the website we build and host for you, and the monthly subscription you pay for it. By asking us to put your site live, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
1. Who you are dealing with
The service is provided by ASC-Pilot, registered in Cyprus at Agiou Sergiou, 8048 Paphos. In these terms, that is we or us. You, the business buying the subscription, are you. Our contact address is adam.kamel.faouzi@gmail.com.
2. What we provide
For €50 per month, VAT included, we provide:
- a website for your business, written and designed by us, in Greek and in English;
- hosting for that site, and the security certificate that serves it over HTTPS;
- a web address under our own domain, or the connection of a domain you own;
- ordinary changes to the content on request, such as opening hours, prices, contact details, and photographs.
Ordinary changes mean edits to the information on your existing page. Rebuilding the site around a different business, adding an online shop, a booking system, or a payment page, are new work and are quoted separately before anything is done.
3. The preview is free
Before you pay anything we build the page and send you a link to it. The preview costs nothing, places you under no obligation, and is not indexed by search engines. If you decide not to go ahead, tell us and we delete it. If you never reply, we delete it anyway after a reasonable period.
4. Price, billing and VAT
- The subscription is €50 per month, VAT included, charged in euro.
- The first payment is taken when you tell us to put the site live. After that it recurs monthly on the same date.
- Payments are collected by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
- If we change the price, existing subscriptions stay on the price they started at unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing we will email you before anything is taken offline.
5. What we need from you
We write your page from what you tell us and from information already published about your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, and for having the right to use any photographs, logos, or text you send.
Anything we cannot confirm, we ask you about rather than guessing. If you spot something wrong on your page, tell us and we will correct it.
6. Who owns what
- Your content is yours. The text, photographs, logo, and business information you supply remain your property. You give us permission to publish them on your site for as long as you are a subscriber.
- The build is ours while you rent it. The templates, code, and design system behind the site remain ours. The subscription is a licence to use them, not a sale.
- You can take your content with you. If you cancel, ask us and we will send you the text and images from your page.
7. What we will not publish
We will not build or host a page that is unlawful, that misrepresents what a business does, that infringes someone else's rights, or that sells goods or services we are not willing to be associated with. If a site turns out to breach this after it is live, we may take it down and end the subscription.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep your site online at all times, and it is served by infrastructure built for that. We do not, however, promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages at our hosting provider, at your domain registrar, or elsewhere on the internet.
Support is by email. We aim to answer within two working days, and to make ordinary content changes within five.
9. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time by emailing us. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then comes down. See the refunds and cancellation page for how money is handled.
10. When we can end the arrangement
We may suspend or end the service if payment fails repeatedly, if the site breaches section 7, or if we stop offering the service altogether. Except where the law or a serious breach requires otherwise, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
11. Limits on our liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel in that period if you do not accept it.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
