We build a draft
Send us a message, or we get in touch first. Either way we write the page from what you tell us, plus your public listing details, and check anything we are unsure about with you.

You look at the real thing
You get a link to the finished page, not a sketch or a mock-up. Open it on your phone. Ask for changes. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign.

You say yes and it goes live
Pay the first €50 by card and the exact page you approved goes online under its own address. If you cancel later, it comes down at the end of the month you paid for.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
Your own domain name, if you want one, is bought from a registrar in your name and costs roughly €10 to €15 a year. That is paid to them, not to us, and the domain stays yours.

Do I have to pay anything to see the site?
No. We build the page and send you a link first. There is no charge until you tell us to put it live, and no obligation to do so.
What exactly does the €50 cover?
The page itself, its hosting, the security certificate that shows the padlock in the browser, and the small changes you ask for as your business changes. It is a service you rent, in the same way you rent your phone line.
How long does it take?
The first draft usually reaches you within a few days of us having your details. Going live after you approve it takes minutes, not days.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already own one, we point it at your page at no extra cost. If you do not, we can walk you through buying one in your own name so it stays yours whatever happens between us.
What happens if I cancel?
Email us and the subscription stops. Your page stays online until the end of the month you have already paid for, then comes down. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. The text and photos you gave us are yours, and we will send them back to you on request.
Can I get a refund?
If something on our side is broken and we cannot fix it, we refund the month. Because you see the finished site before you pay a cent, we do not refund a month you simply changed your mind about part way through. The full terms are on the refunds page.
Will you write things about my business that are not true?
No, and this is built into how we work. We use what you tell us and what is already published about you. Anything we cannot confirm gets sent to you as a question before it goes anywhere near your page.
How do I ask for a change later?
Email adam.kamel.faouzi@gmail.com and describe it in a sentence. Ordinary changes, such as opening hours, prices, a new phone number, or swapping a photo, are included in the monthly price.
Who is behind this?
ASC Pilot is a small independent operation based in Cyprus, run by Adam Faouzi. You deal with a person by email, not a ticket queue.
Do you take payment by card?
Yes. Card payments run through Stripe, which handles the card details directly. We only ever see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
